Locations
The FSC maintains a distributed network of major bases, smaller stations, and specialized off-world or anomalous facilities. The twelve terrestrial bases below are positioned for broad global coverage, rapid response, research access, and logistical reach.

Location Distribution
Base locations are standard FSC infrastructure and are known to all FSC staff. Station locations are more tightly controlled: station clearance can change depending on operational circumstances, and stations often coincide with the locations of Wonders. As a result, station locations and identifiers are not known to all FSC staff and are disclosed according to current clearance requirements.
