Animalistic Secondborn are able to conceal their nonhuman animal forms and present as ordinary humans. Outside of the FSC, they keep those forms hidden, and their existence is not known to normal human society.
The FSC is aware that animalistic Secondborn exist and treats the matter as sensitive information rather than public knowledge.
